What to Expect

You can't do this wrong…

Azul Conscious Movement Classes begin with a slow, quiet warm up where we take time to arrive, gently stretch and land in our body.

Classes revolve around a theme that is part of the Azul Spiral, offering many different entry points of discovery.

Plan to arrive ahead of time, to have a few minutes to land

The classes end in soft silence allowing for rest and integration

Wear comfortable clothing

Dress in warm layers, the spaces can be cool or toasty

Bring a water bottle

The Azul Spiral

The Spiral is the oldest symbol known to be used in spiritual practices. It reflects the universal pattern of growth and evolution and represents the life force energy. Reflected in the natural world, the Spiral is found in human physiology, plants, minerals, animals, energy patterns, weather, growth and death. It is a sacred symbol that reminds us of our evolving journey in life.

In Azul, the Spiral is the representation of our journey of self-discovery and provides a map that guides us through our own evolutionary journey. The Spiral offers an in-depth exploration of the various components and points of entry into the natural flow of life that we experience as love, self-expression and fulfilling of our life purpose.
